Anoki styles itself as an up-market fine dining restaurant. The decor is sumptuous and the staff are regally dressed in traditional garb. I don’t remember ever having visited a more stylish Indian restaurant. Everything about the ambience is about perfect: the music is appropriate, the glassware, crockery, cutlery and table linen all add to the experience of this fine dining restaurant.
Anoki do not publish their full menu on their website, but the takewaway menu is probably pretty representative.
They have some excellent deals which they advertise on their website, and we often try to take advantage of the 2 for one on the main course deal for early evening dining.
A recent visit proved that Anoki is not just a pretty face. We started with complimentary poppadums and a sensational pickle tray. For mains we had Paneer Kebab, Lamb Saag, and Mirch Masala Chicken. It was all delightful, perfectly spiced and seasoned and elegantly presented.
The staff are attentive, courteous and friendly.
I can’t wait to go back!
